Today I have been posting on the Colleges Facebook and Twitter
about what has been going on for the World Book Day celebrations. The pictures
below show what was going on in the library at Tameside College. The staff have
tried very hard to put on a 60s themed event including decorating the library
in iconic 60s images, wearing 60s themed clothing and also a camper van photo
booth. The whole event was designed to get more younger people to read. I have
also been posting on Hyde Clarendons Facebook and Twitter about a similar event
that took place in their Library and also working on Matts Coniston 14 blog,
trying to figure out how we are going to track him in his race so that we can
post his location to the live Twitter feed I am going to set up for the race. Apologies
for the long delay since my last post by the way I have been busy.
