Today I have been tweeting and posting about Catering
students winning the Welsh International Culinary Competition in Llandudno. Altogether
the students came home with 3 gold, 2 silver and 3 bronze awards which is a
fantastic achievement considering they were competing against Colleges from
across England and Wales. They were judged on neatness, hygiene, taste and portion
sizes. I have also been posting/tweeting about how if you are an employer you
can take on apprentice with the College. Plus I have also discovered by
accident a great app called Photosynth that allows you to create great 3D panoramic photographs using several photos that are then stitched together to
create one. So I am going to make one for the College which (fingers crossed) will look great.
