Today I have been down to the Dovestones Department to get
some photographs of an eco meeting that was taking place with students and staff discussing various ways to make the College a more environmentally friendly place and how to
achieve green flag status. The students discussed various methods of saving
energy and set out a plan for how they were going to achieve their goals. I
then took a group photograph of the tutors and students to possibly go on the
College website. I have also been tweeting and posting about the No Smoking Day
stall in the College today and an article about a former student who has now gone
on to do her dream job after leaving the College as an illustrator for the
Oldham Chronicle. As usual it has been a pretty varied day as I always tend to
be doing something different.
