Today I have been taking photographs for a news
article that will go on the website, Twitter and Facebook about a company
called Zeelandia coming in to give a workshop on the science of bakery to level
3 students. Firstly they gave a presentation about the different kinds of
breads and the science behind how they are made. Then they moved upstairs to
give a practical lesson in the college bakery. Learning about all the different
ingredients and ways to make bread. Then I was tweeting about on the Hyde
Clarendon Twitter page about a few different things that were going on
throughout the day such as a visit by the Royal Marines to the Public Services
Department. Plus a visit by Top Dog entertainment company to talk to media
students about how to get into the film and media industry.
