Today I have been tweeting and posting a lot
about a workshop that took place yesterday in our food department for level 2
bakery students. The students were learning how to make sweet dough for use in
bread and hot cross buns etc. Zeelandia a worldwide bakery company came in to
the college to give the master class. They provided the specialist equipment
for the students and gave a presentation on the products etc. The students
gained not only valuable skills and tips but they also had hands-on experience
with new products that they can now successfully create. I have also been
